DHCC's MASAAR e-services platform now offers fast-track clinic licensing through a simplified three-step online process, cutting processing time for new and renewing practices.

MASAAR, DHCC's e-services platform for licensing and regulatory processes, has introduced a fast-track option for clinic licensing, cutting typical processing timelines and simplifying the path for new and existing healthcare practices.
The fast-track option streamlines licensing into three clear steps: document submission and pre-check, automated compliance review, and final approval with digital certificate issuance. Applicants can track the status of each step in real time through their MASAAR dashboard, eliminating the need for repeated in-person follow-ups.
According to DHCC's regulatory affairs team, the redesigned workflow has reduced average processing time significantly for straightforward applications, particularly for single-practitioner clinics and practice renewals with no outstanding compliance issues.
The upgrade comes as DHCC continues to onboard new healthcare partners across the district. A dedicated support line and live chat within MASAAR now assist applicants with document formatting and common submission errors, further reducing back-and-forth delays.
DHCC says further upgrades to MASAAR are planned for later in 2026, including expanded self-service renewal tools and integration with regional health authority databases to reduce duplicate paperwork for multi-jurisdiction providers.
