Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) has welcomed 40 new healthcare partners in 2026, marking one of the district's strongest years of growth since its founding. The new arrivals span specialist clinics, diagnostic centres, wellness practices, and allied health providers, reinforcing DHCC's position as a hub for integrated care in the region.
The 40 new partners bring an expanded mix of specialties to the district, including dermatology, orthopaedics, fertility care, mental health services, and advanced diagnostics. According to internal community data, patient visits across DHCC facilities rose by an estimated 18% in the first half of 2026 compared to the same period last year, reflecting growing demand for co-located, high-quality healthcare.
"Every new partner strengthens the ecosystem for everyone else," said a DHCC community representative. "Patients benefit from more choice under one roof, and providers benefit from referral networks that simply don't exist elsewhere in the region."
Alongside larger specialty groups, DHCC has continued to welcome boutique and single-practitioner clinics through flexible leasing options and streamlined onboarding support. A dedicated concierge team now assists new partners with everything from facility fit-out to marketing exposure across DHCC's patient-facing channels.
DHCC plans to continue expanding its partner network through the remainder of 2026, with a particular focus on preventive health and digital-health-enabled practices.
